Existing Customers

Easily request support in the Green Stack Console

Existing Green Stack customers can easily create support tickets in the Green Stack Console.

Step 1: Login to Green Stack Console

Login to the Green Stack Console with your Counterbalance ID account.

Step 2: Create a new support request

In the console header help menu, select Request Support to create a new support request.

Step 3: Describe and submit your request

Complete the support request form and click Submit. You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket number when your request is received.
